Imperial Build were hired to refurbish a grade 2 listed building over 4 floors on Wigmore Street for a landlord client who wanted to create luxury serviced offices as well as occupying part of the space themselves.

One of the main challenges of this project was constructing a new lift shaft within the existing structure. Thanks to the whole team involved the project was a great success and the building was fully let within 2 months.
