Material Lab based in Mayfair London has been at the heart of the design community for over 10 years. When the time came for a complete refit in 2017 we entered into a lengthy design and tender process. After reviewing all of our needs, some of which were very specific and required an understanding of detail and quality of finish, we appointed Imperial Building solutions as our main contractor. Having personally overseen numerous projects of this type, It’s fantastic and a relief when you ‘hit gold’ when appointing your main contractor – Imperial are just that. From start to finish, rip out through to finishing touches the attention to detail was always there. Delivered on time and budget by a great company, run by a team of professionals. (And on a personal level, seriously great guys too!) The next time we refit, one name will be on the list to start with – Imperial Building Solutions.
