We were instructed to carry out a refurbishment on a commercial premises by an existing customer of ours who we had already carried out work on their residential property. The offices were in the heart of Mayfair and needed total decoration with a brick effect feature wall, as well as new carpeting and Karndean vinyl flooring laid. The main office needed to be divided into two separate offices by a glass and door partition with some sub-offices created again with new glass enclosures. We took on every aspect of the project from instructing building control all the way through to organising the furniture layout.
