Our instruction for this central London refurbishment was to transform a tired-looking office space into a bright, modern-looking office which would be appealing to any potential tenants looking to rent in Mayfair. The works comprised of a full rewire, new grid ceiling and carpet throughout, a complete overhaul of W/C’s, decoration and installation of new air conditioning units.
