We work hand in hand with architects, designers and commercial agents to achieve all the aesthetic and functional needs that our clients require, working together to bring buildings ideas to life.

Project Managers

We work closely with project managers to ensure office fit out projects are completed on time and within budget. Our experience and expertise in the industry mean that we can offer advice and support throughout the planning and execution phases of a project. We understand the challenges faced by project managers, and we are committed to collaborating with them to find solutions that work for everyone involved.

Asset Managers

Our team have extensive experience working with Asset Managers to get the most out of commercial properties. Our knowledge of office fit outs means that we understand what it takes to design offices that are attractive to tenants and generate premium rentals. We can assist with any CAT A or CAT A+ fit outs that will help attract new tenants and get the most value from the property.

Architects/Designers

From project to project we work either alongside the client’s architect/designer or together with one of Imperials preferred partners, turning their drawings into reality and creating their vision. Throughout the project, we will work hand in hand with the designated architect/designer to ensure that any alterations to the drawings which may be required are dealt with quickly and efficiently, so not to cause any delays to the programme and flow of the project.

Commercial Agents

Nobody knows what a tenant wants from a space more than a commercial letting agent and that is why we work together with the landlords appointed agent in order to create the optimum space for attracting tenants and achieving the maximum rental value.

After the agent has successfully found a tenant for the property, we can then assist with any CAT B fit out requirements the tenant may require, such as creating meeting rooms and individual offices.
