We were approached by one of our existing landlord clients to deliver a full Plug & Play solution to one of their office spaces in the heart of Westminster, London.

They had carried out a light refurbishment of the space when the previous tenant vacated, but the property had sat on the market without any interested tenants.

The goal was to produce a more desirable space for potential tenants. This was achieved through a Cat A+ refurbishment that included a full furniture package.

The end result was a beautiful, modern office space which attracted a new tenant just 2 weeks from project completion for an increased rental revenue. This was a great success for our client and the team.
